- How does the 14-day free trial work? +
- Start online — no sales call required. Tell us your domain and work email, we provision your workspace (usually within one working day), and you get the full product on your own domains for 14 days: every scan category, every alert, real findings. No card details are taken.
- What happens after the trial? +
- Walk away during the 14 days and you pay nothing — the trial simply ends. If you continue, your plan starts at £149 per month on a 12-month agreement, billed monthly by AMVIA invoice. You'll confirm the full terms in writing before any billing begins — no surprises on day 15.
- Do I need a demo or sales call? +
- No. The trial is self-serve. A short demo is available if you'd like a guided walkthrough of what SurfaceLoop finds — some teams prefer to see it with a human first — but it's optional either way.
- Why a 12-month agreement? +
- Your attack surface changes all year — new subdomains, expiring certificates, services someone spins up and forgets. SurfaceLoop is priced as year-round monitoring rather than a one-off scan, and the 14-day trial exists so you can prove its value on your own estate before committing.
- How is billing handled? +
- By invoice from AMVIA, the company behind SurfaceLoop. If you're already an AMVIA customer, SurfaceLoop is added to your existing invoice. If you're not, AMVIA sets up standard invoice billing. There's no card on file and no separate payment platform.
- Are there usage limits, add-ons, or extra modules? +
- No. One plan includes discovery, all seven scan categories, alerts, and API access. You tell us the domains to monitor when you start your trial, so the price you see is the price you pay.
- I'm an MSP — can I monitor client estates? +
- Yes, SurfaceLoop is used by MSPs as well as in-house teams. Multi-client scope and pricing are agreed on your demo call.
