- No. Tell us your domain and work email and we set up your trial workspace — usually within one working day. A demo call is available if you'd like a guided walkthrough, but it's optional.
- Do you take card details? +
- No. The trial is free with nothing to cancel-by-card later. If you continue after the 14 days, billing is by AMVIA invoice — no card on file, no new payment platform.
- Is scanning safe for my systems? +
- Yes. SurfaceLoop scans purely from the outside — the same view an attacker has. There are no agents to install, no firewall changes, and no access to your internal network.
- What happens after the trial? +
- Walk away during the 14 days and you pay nothing — the trial simply ends. If you want to continue, your plan starts at £149 per month on a 12-month agreement, invoiced by AMVIA. You'll confirm the terms in writing before any billing begins — no surprises on day 15.
- How quickly will I see findings? +
- Discovery starts as soon as your workspace is provisioned — you add your root domains and SurfaceLoop finds the subdomains and internet-facing assets automatically. Initial findings typically appear within hours of your first scan.
- Who is behind SurfaceLoop? +
- SurfaceLoop is built and operated by AMVIA, a UK business services provider. If you're already an AMVIA customer, a continued plan is simply added to your existing invoice.
